QUINN, ROBERT LEWIN - The death of Robert L. Quinn, husband of Elinor (Ryan) Quinn, occurred on December 19, 2002, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born at Welsford, NB, he was the son of the late Robert and Rebecca (McKim) Quinn. He served during WW II with the Canadian Navy. He was employed with Canada Post until his retirement. He was a Life Member of the Naval Brace Association and was a member of the FSNA. Besides his wife he is survived by his son Stephen and his wife Patti of Ontario, his daughters Katherine and her husband Gary Hughes of Edmonton, ALBT, Anna Quinn of Sussex, his five grandchildren, two nieces and one nephew. He was predeceased by his first wife Norah (McKee) Quinn and his brother Everett Quinn. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424), with visiting on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, December 21, 2002, at 10:00 AM, from St. Peter's Church. Following cremation interment will take place at Fernhill Cemetery at a later date.
