CROWLEY, DANIEL G. JR. - At the Saint John Regional on December 27, 2002 Daniel Gerard Crowley Jr. of Saint John West, husband of Constance (Doyle) Crowley. Born in Saint John he was the son of the late Daniel and Irene (O'Toole) Crowley. Mr. Crowley spent his earlier years in the Air Force and was employed with the Saint John Fire Department as a District Chief retiring in 1994. He enjoyed gardening and his ATV and at one time played hockey and curled for the fire department. Surviving in addition to his wife Constance are one son Peter Crowley of Alberta, two daughters Kimberely Dupuis of Saint John, Lynn Spray and her husband Alvin of Alberta, three brothers John Crowley and his wife Ruth of Ontario, Arthur Crowley and his wife Doreen of Saint John, Sgt. William Crowley and his wife Barbara of Saint John, three sisters Rose Riley of Saint John, Alma Hazel and her husband Fred of Saint John West, Irene Campbell and her husband Fraser of Saint John West, one grandson Matthew Dupuis, aunts Mrs. Josephine Crowley, Mrs. Marjorie O'Toole, brother-in-law Robert Quinlan and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents and sister Helen Quinlan. Resting at the Castle "Fallsview" Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Avenue, (634-1701). A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Our Lady of the Assumption, Dufferin Row on Monday December 30, 2002 at 12 Noon. Interment will be in Holy Cross Cemetery. Visiting at "Fallsview" on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society, Kidney Foundation or the New Brunswick Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
