Meaford, Ont. Roy A. Frost passed away on July 12, 2008, in Meaford, Ont. Husband of Sue Nash and father of Jesse and Marilyn; stepfather of Leone and Cindy; grandfather of Victoria. He leaves many nieces and nephews in Nova Scotia as well as Ontario. Roy was predeceased by his parents, Cecilia Johnson and Arthur Frost as well as his siblings, Dixie, Alma and Fabian. Survived by his brothers, Art and Charlie, both of Ontario. As a young man, Roy received many awards for his baseball skills. He was born in Glace Bay, moved to Reserve Mines in 1940 where he attended St. Joseph School. He left for Toronto where he joined Dixie, Art and Charlie who were established in that province. There will be a celebration of Roy’s life at the Meaford legion, date and time to be announced. — Charles Frost
