Son of Grace Tapley and the late William J. Tapley of St. Stephen, N.B. Survived by his mother, three brothers Tim, Jeff and Tom, two sisters Jane and Susan, several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and cousins. Resting at The S.O. Mehan and Son Funeral Home Ltd. 23 Main Street, St. Stephen, N.B. from where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday April 16, 2003 at 11:00 A.M. with Rev. Boyce Martin officiating. Visiting at the funeral home Tuesday April 15, 2003 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Interment in St. Stephen Rural Cemetery.
