CONWAY, DOREEN I. - Doreen I. Conway of East Saint John died at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Wednesday, April 23, 2003. She was born in Saint John and was the wife of Gregory C. Conway and daughter of the late J. Albert and Amy R. (Parks) McInerney. She was a lifelong resident of Saint John and had been employed in the office of Parker D. Mitchell Ltd. for approximately 30 years. Mr. and Mrs. Conway have been married for 57 years. In addition to her husband she is survived by two sons, Gregory J. Conway and Charles B. Conway both of Saint John, one brother A. Kenneth McInerney of Largo, Florida, two sisters Audrey Young (Winfield) of Brandford, Ontario and Genevieve Alward of Saint John. Also survived by six grandchildren, Bruce, Lisa, Anthony, Nancy, Heather and Melissa, eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Resting at A.W. Cavanagh Funeral Home, 91 Leinster Street (634-1712) with visiting on Friday from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 10:00 am in Cavanagh's Chapel followed by burial at St. Joseph's Cemetery.
