27, Groves Point Billy Jessome, 27, passed away suddenly Saturday, Aug. 2, 2008, in New Brunswick. He will be sadly missed by his parents, Joe and Judy Jessome, Groves Point; his wife, Maria; stepdaughter, Amanda; and his parents-in-law, Bernarde and Lola Pissarra, Alberta. Also surviving is his sister, Wendy (Blair) Tobin, North Sydney; his brother, David (Krista), Groves Point; his brother-in-law, Joe; sister-in-law, Zezinha; his birth mother, Patricia Cole; his brother, Michael and sister, Carmel. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews whom he loved very much. He was predeceased by his grandparents. Visitation today (Tuesday), 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. in Francis Funeral Home, Sydney Mines. Mass of Christian Burial will take place Wednesday at 2 p.m. in St. Joseph’s Church, Bras d’Or with Fr. Peter McLeod officiating. Cremation to follow.
