VAUGHAN, STEPHEN BEYEA - 69, Stephen passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family May 16th, 2003. Born in Saint John, New Brunswick, Stephen was the son of the late James William Vaughan. He is survived by his mother, Mary (Beyea) Vaughan, Saint John; wife Mary (Haley) Vaughan, Lower Sackville; son Michael Vaughan, Antigonish; daughter Lori Vaughan (Stephen Handspiker), Halifax; and step granddaughters Alyssa and Shana Handspiker. Stephen was employed with CNCP Telecommunications for 39 years in New Brunswick and Nova Scotia. Donations can be made to the Cancer Research Foundation. The family wishes to express their thanks to Dr. Frank Warsh, the Red Cross, the Victorian Order of Nurses, the Palliative Care Unit (Barbara) and to the LPNs for their wonderful love and care. Visitation will be held Monday, May 19th from 2-4 and 7-9. Funeral service will be held in the chapel Tuesday May 20 at 11 AM all in Atlantic Funeral Home, 125 Sackville Drive.
