SMITH, DOROTHY W. - At her residence in Gagetown, NB on Sunday, May 18th, 2003, Dorothy Winnifred Smith of the Woolastook Manor. Born October 26th, 1913 in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late Harry J. and Clara A. (McKenzie) Smith. She was educated in Saint John Schools and graduated from Saint John Vocational. Dorothy is survived by her brother David M. of Saint John. Dorothy was predeceased by her brother Maurice R. and sister Isabelle Marie Straight. Dorothy had been ill for many years. By Dorothy's request, there will be no visitation at the funeral home, however friends are invited to a graveside service to be held at Greenwood Cemetery on Thursday May 22nd at 11:00am. Those wishing to meet with her brother David may do so at the funeral home one half hour before committal time. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimers Society of Saint John or to the charity of the donors' choice would be appreciated by the family.
