Claire Crory, 84, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 3, 2008. Born January 28, 1924, she was the daughter of Andrew and Catherine (MacArthur) MacGillivray. She is survived by her daughters, Maureen and Patricia and granddaughter, Jennifer, Halifax and sisters, Rita Callaghan, Ontario and Anne MacGillivray, Sydney. She was predeceased by her husband of 54 years, Ronald Crory; son, Ronald Jr. and brothers, Steven, Toronto, and Alex, Winnipeg. The funeral was held was 1-3 p.m. at the Atlantic Chapel in Halifax and the funeral service was conducted by father James Haughn. Burial took place at St. John’s Cemetery in Halifax. May she rest is peace.
