PIERS, RALPH W. - The death of Ralph W. Piers of Quispamsis, occurred July 6, 2003 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. He was born at Kingston, son of the late William and Julia (Scribner) Piers. In his earlier years Ralph was engaged in farming and construction. Later he was involved in gardening and landscaping in the greater Rothesay area. He enjoyed listening to Country Music. Ralph was the last surviving member of his family. He is survived by two daughters Bernetta Bonnevie (Edmund) of Kingston, Alice Bonnevie (Gerry) of Windsor, ON; two sons George Piers of Fredericton, Gerald Piers (Lena) of Kingston,14 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. Resting at Reid's Funeral Home (832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton. The funeral will be held Thursday at Reid's Funeral Home Chapel with service at 11:00 am. Pastor Aaron Kenney officiating.
