MOORCROFT, VICTOR STEPHEN - Passed away Wednesday July 16th, 2003 at the Carleton Memorial Hospital in Woodstock, N.B. Victor Moorcroft, of Elmwood, N.B. was born on October 21, 1912 to the late Arwood and Eunice (Grass) Moorcroft. He is survived by his daughters Myrna Cox (Donald) of Grafton, N.B., Hazel Farrell of Elmwood, N.B., Lula Atkinson (Laurel) of Richmond Settlement, N.B., Mary Power of Woodstock, N.B. and Irene Beers of Elmwood, N.B. Sons Alton (Elizabeth) of Belleville, N.B. and Eldon (Muriel) of Elmwood, N.B., several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife, Mona (Bragdon) Moorcroft, daughter Linda Smith, brothers William, Frank, Harley, Lee, Guy, Whitney and Earl, sisters Helen McAllister and Vivian Scott, son-in-law Gordon Power, grandchildren Rhonda Cox and Michael Moorcroft. Resting at the Carleton Funeral Home, Jacksonville, N.B. where friends may call 2-4 and 7-9pm on Friday, July 18, 2003. Funeral service will be held on Saturday July 19, 2003 at 2:00pm from the Carleton Funeral Home with Rev. Merrill Slipp officiating. Interment will be in the McKenzie Corner Cemetery.
