SPARKS, VERLET L. - Verlet L. Sparks of Loch Lomond Road died peacefully at her residence on Monday August 11, 2003. Born in Saint John she was the daughter of the late Samuel and Bernetta (Gibson) Gill and beloved wife of the late Melbourne Sparks. She is survived by one sister Dorothy Martin of Albion, NY, two sons Melbourne (Pat) of Sarnia, Ont., David (Donna) of Fredericton, two daughters Bonnie Jean of Loch Lomond and Melodie (John) Craft of French Village. Also survived by 12 grandchildren; Tara, Rebecca, Chris, Tracie, Wade, Todd, Julie, Thumper, Darryl, Cheryl and Christine, and 16 great grandchildren. Resting at A.W. Cavanagh Funeral Home, 91 Leinster Street 634-1712 with visitation on Tuesday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. The service will be held on Wednesday at 11am in Cavanagh's Chapel followed by cremation and burial at a later date.
