May 24, 1957-Aug. 22, 2008 It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend, Paul Evans. Bon in Sydney, Paul was the son of Alice and the late Jack Evans. Paul spent the greater part of his adult life in Alberta, in the small town of Canmore. There he and his wife, Kim, successfully ran ‘Evans Security,’ a security installation business. Paul has a positive outlook on life. He was a man with a kind heart and a generous spirit acknowledged by all who know and loved him. Paul is survived by his wife, Kim (Cameron) and their two children, Michelle and Jason. Paul is also survived by his brothers, Wayne (Joanne), Sambro Head, Kenny (Betty), East Broadway, and sister, Patti (Allan), Charlottetown, P.E.I. As per Paul’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service for family and friends will be held in St. Alban’s Parish Church at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Aug. 27. In lieu of flowers, donations in Paul’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
