BARTLEY, RALPH IDRIS - Of Knoxford passed away at Carleton Manor on Sunday, August 17, 2003, at the age of 86. Ralph is survived by his wife Verda (Thomas) Bartley; two daughters, Ruth (James) Page of Grafton, NB; Erma Stiles of Woodstock, NB; one son Troy (Phyllis) Bartley of Tazwell, Virginia; eight grandchildren; eleven great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Resting at The Scott Funeral Home, 815 Main Street, Woodstock, NB; with visiting on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 2 pm from the Knoxford Praying Band Church. Rev. Andy DeRier will be officiating, with interment in the Lower Knoxford Cemetery. www.scottfh.com
