McLAUGHLIN, ELIZABETH L. - After a lengthy illness Mrs. Elizabeth L. McLaughlin passed away at the Grand Manan Hospital Thursday, September 4th, 2003, she was 91. She was the daughter of the late John and Mabel (Small) Cossaboom of White Head Island. She is survived by her daughter Dora McLaughlin of Deep Cove, her son James P.M. (Brenda) McLaughlin of Seal Cove. Five grandchildren Todd (Jenny), Peter, Toby (Trisha), and Robyn, and Sarah L'Aventure, as well as five great grandchildren Ashley, Tanner, Jane, Madison, and Mya. Mrs. McLaughlin was predeceased by her husband Mr. Glenn H. McLaughlin and one sister Mrs. Ruby Cleland. There will be no visitation by request of the family and a private family Funeral Service Saturday September 6th, 2003, with internment to follow at the family plot at Hillside Cemetery, Seal Cove, N.B..
