MacDONALD, GEORGIE MAY - Georgie M. MacDonald, beloved wife of Norman H. MacDonald of Lake George passed away September 14, 2003 at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital. Born at St. Stephen, she was a daughter of the late Lewis and Lucy (Jordan) Johnson. Georgie loved flowers, birds and animals and for several years operated Bonnie View Kennels. She also enjoyed knitting and crocheting. She is survived by her husband; three daughters, Norma Waugh (George), Fredericton, Katherine Patterson (Wilfred), Temple and Christine Arbeau (Jerry), Red Bank; six sons, James MacDonald (Donna), Frederick MacDonald (Carol), both of Oshawa, Ontario, Floyd MacDonald (Nancy), Charters Settlement, Kenneth MacDonald (Pat), Harvey Station, Charles MacDonald (Myrna), Lake George and Calvin MacDonald (Ronda), Cape Breton, NS; a sister, Margaret Farrer (Hiram), Salisbury; two brothers, Albert Johnson (Barb), Lawrence Station and Richard Johnson, Brockway; several grandchildren; great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Georgie was predeceased by an infant son, David Edwin and a brother, Wallace Johnson. Resting at the Harvey United Pentecostal Church, 2031 Route 3, Harvey Station with visiting hours Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the church on Wednesday, September 17, 2003 at 2p.m. Rev. Mel Calhoun officiating, assisted by Pastor Roger Cole. Interment will be in Prince William Cemetery. Pallbearers will be grandsons Nelson MacDonald, David Arbeau, Scott Arbeau, Brent Arbeau, James Arbeau, Dwayne MacDonald, Adam MacDonald and Bradley MacDonald.
