JOHNSON, SHIRLEY M. - At the Saint John Regional Hospital after a lengthy illness Shirley Margaret (Allen) Johnson of Morna, wife of 53 years to Royden Johnson. Born in Mexico City she was the daughter of the late Ivan and Frances (Hojel) Allen. Shirley was a member of the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority since 1966 and was a member of St. Giles United Church U.C.W. and she enjoyed playing in the Morna Heights Bridge Club. Surviving in addition to her husband Royden are her children Sheila McMillian, Linda (Garth) Long, Michael (Patti) Johnson, Karen (Marc) Gagnon, grandchildren Jillian, Zachary and Darah Long, Connor McMillian, Rebekah, Joshua and Nicol Johnson and Dylan and Morgan Gagnon. Resting at the Castle "Fallsview" Funeral Home 309 Lancaster Ave. (634-1701). Funeral service will be held at the Fallsview Chapel on Friday October 10, 2003 at 2PM. Interment in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery. Visiting at Fallsview on Thursday October 9, 2003 from 2-4 and 7-9PM.
