ARMSTRONG, JAMES FREDERICK (JIM) - The family of James Frederick (Jim) Armstrong sadly announces his passing at his residence in Ottawa on October 17, 2003. Born June 14, 1926 in Boston, Mass., USA, the son of the late Fred and May (Northrup) Armstrong and husband of the late June Morford. Survived by his children, Thomas and Wendy; grandchildren, Amanda, Lindsay, Courtney, Carol and Logan; and great-grandchild, Alessa; brothers, Bill (Gale), Cal (Phyl), George (Eleanor); sisters, Pauline (Doug) Defazio, Gladys Armstrong, Florence (Jack) Duffy, Faye (Bill) Pearson and Barb (Ashley) Milburn, two aunts, Alice Coy and Anne Holder. Predeceased by son, Robert. Visitation on Tuesday at Tubman's Funeral Home, Richmond Street at Roosevelt, Ottawa with funeral and interment on Wednesday, October 22, 2003.
