LeBLANC, BEATRICE GERTRUDE - The death of Beatrice Gertrude LeBlanc, wife of the late Clarence Joseph LeBlanc, and life long companion of Blake Talmadge Ferris, occurred on October 20, 2003, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John she was the daughter of the late Amos and Alice (Milberry) Northrup. Besides Blake Ferris she is survived by her children Larry (Sandra) LeBlanc of Hammond River, Wayne (Margaret) LeBlanc of Crafts Cove, Paul LeBlanc of Hammond River, Michael (Heather) LeBlanc of Quispamsis, Diane (Paul) Blizzard of Saint John, Debbie (Greg) French of Saint John, Wanda Lockhart of Rothesay, Sharon (Jim) Comeau of Saint John, Kathy (Tony) Hachey of Saint John, Brenda (Timothy) Martin of Saint John, her extended family Ronald (Sandra) Ferris of Saint John, Terry (Jackie) Ferris of Saint John, Robert (Sharon) Ferris of Saint John, Kevin Ferris of Halifax, NS, LeRoy Ferris of Ashland, ME, Ola Ferris of Caribou, ME, her brother Alphonse Northrup of Saint John, her sisters Loretta Tayes of Saint John, Mary McLeod of Saint John, Edna Hanson of Saint John and Viola Northrup of Hamilton, ON, her twenty-seven grandchildren, twenty-three great-grandchildren and several grandchildren nieces and nephews. Besides her husband she was predeceased by her sister Helen Myers and her great-grandson Darian McVicar. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, with visiting on Tuesday from 7-9 PM and Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, October 23, 2003, at 10:00 AM, from St. Peter's Church. Interment will take place at St. Joseph's Cemetery.
