WORTHEN, KELLIE LEE - 39, passed away at home on Oct. 12, 2003. Services were held at Ettinger Funeral Home in N.S. Survived by Donnie Varbeff, her parents, brother and her three children; Christopher, Kristy and Christian Worthen.
