Passed away suddenly February 4, 2008, George Oliver Hollett of Garden Cove, aged 71 years. Predeceased by parents, Lewis and Marcella Hollett. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Shirley, of 47 years; sons: Craig (Valerie) of Mount Pearl and Keith of Fort Saskatchewan, AB; daughters: Cynthia Martineau (Frank), Belleville, ON and Beverley Pardy (Robert) of Arnold's Cove; brothers: Hayward (Sonja) of Port Hawkesbury, NS and Harold (Lillian) of Trinity; six grandchildren: Adam, Ryan, Ashley, Rachel, Chloe and Keara and a large circle of relatives and friends. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 9, 2008 from Memorial United Church, Garden Cove with interment to follow at the United Church Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations will be gratefully accepted for the United Church Memorial Fund, Garden Cove.
