Passed suddenly away at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital on Sunday, July 6, 2008. Derek Luscombe aged 63 years. Leaving to mourn his loving wife: Donna Luscombe (nee Wells); son: Jeff (Jessica); brother: Harold (Brenda); brothers-in-law: Thomas Wells (Judy), Graham Wells (Elaine), Ralph Wells (Noreen), Jim Wells (Pamela); special friends: Gordon and Elaine Stamp, nieces, nephews as well as a large number of close friends and former co-workers, especially at Fisheries and Oceans Canada. Resting at Barrett's Funeral, 328 Hamilton Avenue, on Monday from 7-9 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Funeral service will be held from Wesley United Church on Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
