82, Marion Bridge Mary Rita MacLennan, 82, Hillside Road, Marion Bridge, passed away at home Sunday, Sept. 14, 2008. Born in Sydney, she was a daughter of the late John and Margaret (MacDonald) MacNeil. Until retirement, Rita was employed with the Registry of Motor Vehicles. Surviving are her husband, Gordon; son, Robert, United States; sisters, Betty MacKinnon, Sydney Forks, Florence Neville, Sydney, Theresa Kennedy, Quincy, Mass., Jessie Morrison, Dorchester, Mass. and Olga Knowles, Maryland; brother, Ron (Jessie), Sydney River. Rita was predeceased by her sister, Mary Margaret, brothers, John and Michael. There will be no visitation. A graveside service will be held at Oakfield Cemetery on Wednesday.
