JONES, MR. CLARENCE JOSEPH - The death of Mr. Clarence Joseph Jones, loving husband of Etta (Totten) Jones, of Otter Lake, occurred on Wednesday November 13, 2003 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born June 29, 1928 in Saint John he was the son of the late Harry and Ethel (Beatty) Jones. Clarence had owned and operated Clarence J. Jones Cartage Ltd for 33 years. He was a member of the Shriners; Masonic Lodge # 22 and LOL # 8. Most of his life he was a member of Waterloo Street Baptist Church, and attended Loch Lomond Baptist Church during the past few years. Besides his loving wife Etta he is survived by his daughters Elaine (Miron) of Fredericton, Bonnie (Reo) of New Westminster, BC, Krise of Saint John and Angie (Alan) of Otter Lake; nine grandchildren Joel, Jill and Erin Cox, Courtney, Sara and Taylor Elkin, Joshua, Brett and Paige Dougay; several cousins, nieces and nephews, and loyal companion Onyx. He was predeceased by two brothers Ronald and Glendon. Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424) with visitation on Saturday and Sunday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Monday November 17, 2003 at 1:00 p.m. with Rev. Harold Arbo Jr. officiating. Interment will follow in Ocean View Memorial Gardens Cemetery. In Lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations made to the Multiple Sclerosis Society or to the charity of the donors choice.
