CHESTNUT, ELIZABETH - Mrs. Elizabeth Chestnut of Southfield, NB, passed away on Nov. 19, 2003 at the age of 82. Born in Bloomfield, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Annie Mercer and the wife of the late George Chestnut.?Elizabeth is survived by two Daughters, Laverne LeBlanc (Ralph) of Nackawic and Lorraine Keirstead (Randall) of Ottawa; four Sons, Stewart (Suzanne) of Southfield, George (Bud) of Sussex, Leo (Linda) of Fergus, Ont. and Harold (Joan) of Halifax; two Brothers, Fred and his wife Theresa of Albert and Victor of Lower Millstream; three Sisters, Sadie Parlee of Sussex, Ruth Bettle of Passekeag and Jean Atkinson (Ron) of Williams Lake, BC; 15 Grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. Elizabeth was predeceased by her son John, her brothers, Thomas, Murray, Hebert, Wesley, Elward, and her sisters, Janie and Alice, and great granddaughter, Jessica and a great grandson. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), with visitation on Friday 2-4, 7-9pm.
