HANSON, MARGUERITE MURIEL - The death of Marguerite Muriel Hanson, wife of the late Ronald Leb. Bliss Hanson, occurred on November 20, 2003, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Cherryvale, NB, on July 18, 1913, she was one of the ten children of Rufus and Laura (Corey) Black. She took great pride in her family, enjoyed travel and was active with several senior citizen groups. She was a member of Hillcrest Baptist Church. She is survived by her son Ronald and his wife Barbara of Saint John, her daughter Rita and her husband David Keeton of Scotch Plains, NJ, her brothers Garnett of Havelock, NB, Claude of Centerville, NB, her sisters Dorothy and her husband Archie Corey of Havelock, Erma and her husband Emery Silk of Havelock, her grandchildren Bruce (Janice), Bliss (Sue), Blayne (Angela) and Brian Hanson and Joseph, Douglas and Carolyn Keeton, her great-grandchildren Stephanie, Cassandra, Adam, Jack and Katie and several cousins, nieces and nephews. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424), with visiting on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 22, 2003, at 1:00 PM, from Brenan's Chapel. Interment will take place at Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery.
