DICKIE, MARJORIE D. - The death of Marjorie Doreen (Perry) Dickie of Cornhill occurred at the Kiwanis Nursing Home on November 25, 2003. Born at Perry Settlement on July 11, 1924 she was a daughter of the late Renwick J. and Carrie (Keith) Perry. She is survived by her husband of 61 years Joseph A. Dickie, daughters Doreen (Arnold) Wood of Sussex, Jeanie (Lev) Crowe of Newtown, Jennie (Irvine) Rouse of Orangeville, ON, Linda Mason of Cornhill, Carolyn (Carter) Nelson of Vermillion Bay, ON and Judith (Thomas) Dalling of Waterford, 21 grandchildren, 31 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, sisters Greta Bennett of Peterborough, ON, Alice Price of Rothesay, brothers Garfield (Shirley) Perry of Sussex and Foster (Margaret) Perry of Sussex, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Clifford Perry. The family will receive visitors at the Sussex Select Community Funeral Home, 21 Aiton Road, Sussex (506-433-2133) on Friday 2-4 & 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Saturday November 29, 2003 at 2:00 PM in the funeral home chapel with Reverend Philip Dallimore officiating. Interment will be at Pine Grove Cemetery.
