GAGNON, NAZAIRE - At Rocmaura Nursing Home on December 10, 2003 Nazaire Gagnon of Saint John West, husband of Doris (LeBlanc) Gagnon. Born in Rogersville, N.B. he was the son of the late Raymond and Marie (Leger) Gagnon. Nazaire was a mechanic, having worked at various places in the city and during the last few years before retirement, was employed at Quigg Motors and for a short time with Plymouth Chrysler. He was very devoted to his family and especially loved and enjoyed his grandchildren. He was a member of the Bowes and Belles Square Dancing Club. Surviving in addition to his wife Doris are one step son Brian Robichaud of Saint John, one step daughter Patricia-Anne Robichaud of Saint John, one brother Ernest and his wife Theresa of Moncton, one sister Elodianne (Moodie) of Ontario, sisters-in-law Elvina of Rogersville, Catherine of Saint John, Anita of Moncton, three step grandchildren Jody Johansson and her husband Stephen of Halifax, Krista Robichaud and Shelby Robichaud both of Saint John and several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Zacharie, Austin, Alphonse and three sisters Yvonne, Thérèse and Olive Gagnon. Resting at the Castle "Fallsview" Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave. (634-1701). A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Rose of Lima Church, Milford Road, on Saturday December 13, 2003 at 10 am. Interment in Holy Cross Cemetery. Visiting at "Fallsview" on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Donations to the Alzheimers Society or to the charity of the donors choice would be appreciated by the family.
