CAROL ANN MacDONALD

MacDONALD, CAROL ANN - Carol Ann MacDonald (Nodwell) of Dresden Avenue died peacefully at the Saint John Regional Hospital on December 18, 2003. She was born in Saint John on May 26, 1951 and was the daughter of the late William J. Nodwell and Margaret E. Nodwell (Mason). She is survived by her husband David G. MacDonald of 15 years. Also survived by her Aunts Elizabeth Speight and Margaret Corbin of Saint John, Uncles Robert Mason and Charlie Warner of Saint John and Fred Mason of Toronto and several cousins. Carol was employed with the Bank of Nova Scotia in Brunswick Square, a member of Calvary Temple Church and Women's Ministry Group and choir member from her early years. Carol's life left a profound mark on so many children and teens, which she loved like her own. Carol was involved with the Saint John Boy's and Girl's Club, Look Good Feel Better, active in raising funds for breast cancer of which she was a survivor. Carol left behind many close friends, a "special daughter" Natasha Schatz-Marshy. Carol's faith in her Lord sustained her through many health challenges. She will be fondly remembered by all that knew her. Resting at A.W. Cavanagh Funeral Home, 91 Leinster Street 634-1712 with visiting on Saturday and Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Monday at 11:00 am at the Calvary Temple Church followed by internment at Fernhill Cemetery and a reception at the Boy's and Girl's Club. Donations to the William and Margaret Nodwell Endowment Fund of Saint John Boy's and Girl's Club or the Canadian Breast Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. www.awcavanagh.com
