Mark Sherwood McDonald, retired from Kodak Canada after 35 years, passed away peacefully Friday, Sept. 27, 2008, at Lakeridge Health Oshawa at 66 years of age. Son of the late Hugh and Agnes McDonald. Loving husband of Maureen (nee Mullins) for 39 years. Loving father to Janice and her husband Rob Trilsbeck. Proud Pappa to Phoenix and Aiden. Dear brother of Vince (Ronnie), Aubrey (Frankie), Ken (Donna), Joe, Marlene (Albert McDonald), Glenda (Jerry MacCormick), Joan, Adeline and Annie Mae (Paul Burrows). Also survived by mother-in-law, Mary Mullins and predeceased by father-in-law, Allan. Mark will be truly missed by his many nieces, nephews and friends in Ontario and Nova Scotia. Resting at the Armstrong Funeral Home, 124 King St. East, Oshawa, with Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary of the People Church on Thursday, Oct. 2, 2008, at 11 am. Cremation and Christian Burial to follow at a later date. Prayers will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday at 8:15 pm.
