BACKA (VISCOUNT), DOROTHEA - Peacefully, on February 8, 2004, after a lengthy illness. Dorothea Backa, loving wife of Sulo Backa, mother of Joseph, Robert, and Michelle Viscount, grandmother to eight grandchildren, sister to Robert, Beverley, and Sandy Tomalin. After cremation, her ashes will be taken to Trinity Anglican Church, Maces Bay, N.B., where her funeral will be held on Wednesday, February 11, 2004, at 3:00 PM. Interment by family will be in the Little Lepreau Cemetery. Friends and neighbours are invited to visit with the family at the Fundy Bay Seniors Club following the service.
