FREEMAN, MARIE AUBIERGE - The death of Marie Aubierge Freeman of Saint John, widow of Dr. Edward O'B. Freeman occurred April 1, 2004 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. She was born at Saint John, daughter of the late Louis and Mary (Kirk) Delvallet. Marie was affiliated with the Morgan Horse Association and Canadian Kennel Club. She is survived by four daughters, Mary Freeman-McRae (David) of Hampton, Kathleen Hansen of Rothesay, Elizabeth Freeman (Mark Pluta) of Moncton, Theresa Freeman of St. Andrews; four sons, Edward Freeman (Susan) of Boston, Daniel Freeman (Lisa) of Saint John, Michael Freeman (Wendy) of Burlington, Christopher Freeman of Brampton; four sisters, Margie Stubly of Mississauga, Delores Ferris (Tom) of Saint John, Leona Delvallet of Halifax, Patricia Delvallet of Saint John; two brothers, Louis Delvallet (Cathy) of Rothesay, Peter Delvallet of Edmonton; 14 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by one sister, Noreen Delvallet. Resting at Reid's Funeral Home (832-5541), 1063 Main Street, Hampton. The funeral will be held Monday at St. Alphonsus Church, Hampton, with funeral mass at 12 noon. Interment in St. Alphonsus Cemetery. Visiting 2-4pm and 7-9pm Sunday.
