HANSON, DOUGLAS AUBREY - The death of Douglas Hanson of Victoria Glen Manor and formerly of Rowena, occurred on April 11, 2004 at the Victoria Glen Manor at the age of 80. Born in Rowena to the late Frederick and Mary (Levine) Hanson. He is survived by one son Frederick ( Lavergne) Hanson of Somerville; one granddaughter Darcy (Chris) Bunting of Woodstock; one grandson Darren (Mindy) Hanson of Fredericton; four great grandchildren Keenan and Keeley Bunting, Bailey and Chloe Hanson; two sisters Kathleen Pirie of Rowena and Pauline Rattray of River de Chute; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his parents, one son Terrence Daniel Hanson, one brother Joseph Hanson. Resting at White's Funeral Home, Perth-Andover with visiting hours on Monday April 12 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday April 13 at 2 PM from White's Chapel with Rev. Fred Hanson officiating. Interment in the South Tilley Cemetery at a later date.
