PROSSER, MARY ISOBEL - Following a lengthy illness, the death of Mrs. Mary Isobel Prosser, of St. Stephen, NB. Wife of the late Everette Charles Prosser, occured Friday April 9, 2004 at the Charlotte County Hospital, with her children at her side. Born on December 15, 1915 in Springdale, NB. She was the daughter of John and Lury (Goddard) Dunfield. She is survived by her son Derald Prosser and his wife Mary (Boyd) of Ottawa, and her three daughters Judy Pomeroy of St. Stephen, Donna Davis and her husband Jack of Fredericton, Verleen Barry of Edmonton, Alberta. Her grandchildren Bonnie Sue Pineau, Laurie Dawn LaFrambois, Jeffery Pomeroy, Jamie Pomeroy, Greg Davis and Jenny Davis. Four great grandchildren, one sister Nellie Layden of Goshen, NB. One brother Harry Dunfield of Penobsquis, NB. She was a long time member of the Union Street Atlantic Baptist Church. Resting at The S.O. Mehan and Son Funeral Home Ltd. 23 Main St. St. Stephen, NB from where the funeral service will be held Monday April 12, 2004 at 2 PM with Rev. Dr. Garth Williams officiating. Visitation was held on Sunday April 11, 2004 from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM at the funeral home. Interment in the St. Stephen Rural Cemetery, St. Stephen, NB. For those who wish memorials to the Charlotte County Hospital Palliative Care Unit or the charity of one's choice would be appreciated by the family.
