SMITH, HELEN G. - The death of Helen G. (Bidlake) Smith occurred at the York Manor Nursing Home, Fredericton on May 22, 2004. Wife of the late Albert W. Smith, Helen was the daughter of the late Frank and Ethel (Segee) Bidlake. Surviving are a sister, Mary Cornell (Ron) of Fredericton; a brother, Douglas Bidlake (Dorothy) of Ontario; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by two brothers, Jack and Geoff Bidlake. The family will receive visitors at Bishop's Funeral Home, 540 Woodstock Road, Fredericton on Tuesday from2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Bishop's Funeral Home, on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m. with Rev. Robert Adams officiating. Interment in the Fredericton Rural Cemetery. Pallbearers will be George, Walter and David Bidlake, Ronald Cornell, William Wood and Frank Wood. Donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
