CHESTNUT, MARGARET LILLIAN - Mrs. Margaret Lillian Chestnut of Kiwanis Nursing Home, Sussex, NB and formerly of Urney passed away at Kiwanis Nursing Home on June 4, 2004, at the age of 82. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Clara (Fisher) Hersey and the beloved wife of the late George William Chestnut who passed away in 2001. Margaret is survived by two daughters Anne Mallory and her husband Raymond of Poodiac, Sarah Mallory of Smith Creek, five sons David of Urney, Ken and his wife Brenda of Toronto, Ronald of Sussex, Stephen and Sylvia of Toronto, Cecil of Vancouver, and her sister, Elsie Hersey of Saint John, 16 Grandchildren, 14 Great Grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. Margaret was predeceased by her son George who passed away in 1999, by her brother Ronald Hersey and by her sister Clara, Sadie and Connie. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), with visitation on Sunday 2-4, 7-9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held from Wallace Memorial Chapel on Monday, June 7, 2004 at 2:00 pm. Interment at Newtown Baptist Cemetery.
