McAVITY, DONALD M. - Unexpectedly at his home, on Wednesday, June 9, 2004; Donald Malcolm McAvity of West Saint John, NB. Donald is survived by his aunt Muriel Garnett (Mother) of Rothesay, NB, cousin Charles (Joan) of Quispamsis, cousin Mabel Garnett of Rothesay, his best friend Margaret Totton - Winchester (Carl) of Saint John and his extended family Larry Totton and children Dennis, Sean, Tammy and Joey. By Dons' request there will be no visitation at the funeral home. Friends are welcomed to attend a graveside interment service to be held on Friday June, 11th, 2004 at 1:00 pm at Ocean View Memorial Gardens. Active pallbearers will be Charles Garnett, Larry Totton, Joe Totton, Sean Totton, Shelly Totton, and Joseph Butler. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Animal Rescue League of Saint John or charity of the donors' choice would be appreciated by the family.
