Son of the late Robert Earle and Beatrice Louise (Humphrey) Hyslop. Survived by his wife, Dorothy (Currie) Hyslop, children, Robert Buchanan (Marie), of St. John's, Newfoundland, Ronald Humphrey ( Louise), of Ottawa, Ontario, Jeffrey Christie (Dale), Calgary, Alberta, Peter Douglas (Barb), Calgary, Alberta, David Earle, St. Stephen, NB, Susan Kristy Hyslop (Scott), Burlington, Ontario, Jacquline Tucker, St. John's, Newfoundland, sister, Betty Louise Hyslop, of St. Stephen, NB, grandchildren, Gillian, Rob and Chad, of Calgary, Ronald Jr., Christopher, Sean and Michael, of Ottawa, Sarah and Emma of St. John's, great grandchildren, Jacob, Ronnie and Julia. Robert was a D-Day Veteran and retired from the Canada Customs. By request there will be no visitation. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday July 3, 2004 at 10 am from the Christ Anglican Church on Prince William St., St. Stephen, NB with Rev. Peter Mills officiating. Royal Canadian Legion Branch #9 will conduct a tribute service following the funeral at the church. Interment in the Moore's Mills Rural Cemetery, Moore's Mills, NB.
