BARTLETT, MAURICE ELLIOTT- Passed away at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Thursday July 29th, 2004. He is survived by his loving wife, Miriam Anne (Wakeling) Bartlett, two sons, Rhys of Grand Bay -Westfield and Owen (Sharon Marley) of Nerepis, NB. three daughters, Bronwyn (Scott) Crandall of Longreach NB. Megan Brown of Grand Bay-Westfield, and Myfanwy Bree and Michael Gormley of Lorneville, one brother, Ralph (Audrey) of Hampton NB. One brother in-law, Roy McAdam, a sister in-law, Elaine Bartlett, six grandchildren, George, Judson, Caleb, Wren, Taylor, and Hilary and several cousins, nieces, and nephews. Maurice was predeceased by his parents, Frank and Jennie (Godsoe) Bartlett, two brothers, Robert, and Lawrence, two sisters, Viola McLeod and Jean McAdam and brother in-law, Lee McLeod. Maurice was with the R.C.M.V.R Navy from 1939 -1945 and belonged to the Seaforth Highlanders in the early fifties. He had also retired from Canada Post and was a resident of The Ridgewood Veterans Wing for the past two months. Fundy Funeral Home 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John NB.
