JUSTASON, ELEANOR ELIZABETH - The death of Mrs. Eleanor Elizabeth (Goditt) Gaudet Justason, of Lincourt Manor, St. Stephen, NB., formerly of Pennfield, NB., wife of the late Alden Cleveland Justason (Allie), occurred at her residence on Saturday, August 14, 2004. Born at Weymouth North, Digby Co., NS., on October 6, 1910, she was a daughter of the late Frederick George Gaudet and Ethel Delila (Weaver) Gaudet. Eleanor is survived by one son; Cleveland Justason (Mary Ann) of Pennfield; one sister; Ethel Doucette of Blacks Harbour; two half sisters; Julia Hawkins of St. George, NB; and Juanita Cheney of Saint John; one half brother; Stephen Fowler Frederick Gaudett of L'Etete, NB; several nieces, nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers; Hanford Gaudett, and William Gaudett; one sister Kathleen Cooke; two half sisters, Velma Leeman; and Jenny Patterson. Eleanor worked many years as a cook at the Fundy Health Center, Blacks Harbour, NB. She was a member of the Harbour View Senior Citizens Club, a member of the Calvary United Baptist Church. Past Grand Mistress, Right Worshipful Grand Lodge, NB., a member of the Crystal Chapter # 13, Saint John, NB., Honorary member of Pythian Sisters Maple Leaf # 30, Milltown, NB., and a member of the L.O.B.A. # 934 Lepreau, NB., over 50 years. Resting at the St. George Funeral Home, 26 Portage Street, St. George, NB (755-3533), with visiting on Monday, August 16, 2004, from 7 to 9 pm.. Tuesday August 17, from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The service will be held at Calvary United Baptist Church, Blacks Harbour, NB., on Wednesday, August 18, 2004, at 2: 00 pm with Rev. Bruce Alcorn officiating. Interment will follow in the Pennfield Rural Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Donations to a charity of the donor's choice would be appreciated by the family. The Ladies Orange Benevolent Association will hold a Memorial Service on Tuesday evening 7:00 pm at the Funeral Home. www.stgeorgefh.ca
