DICKSON, JAMES MARVEN - December, 25, 1925 - August 28, 2004. To live in the hearts of those who love you----is never to die. Mr. James Marven Dickson of Sussex, passed away at his home on August 28, 2004 at the age of 78. Born in Upper Napan, Northumberland Co. N.B. on December 25, 1925, Jim was the son of the late Elmer J. and Susan E. (Murdock) Dickson and the beloved husband of the late Vera Sadie (Dickson) who passed away March 8, 2002. Jim is survived by his daughter Leona Brock of Sussex, his son Jubal and his wife Gail of Val-des-Mont, Quebec, his sister Helen Jardine of Napan, his brother Norman and his wife Susan of Miramichi, three Grandchildren; Tracy, Christina and Jason, two Great Grandchildren; Kyleisha and Lyprincia, a god daughter, Elaine Moss, as well as several nieces and nephews and by his faithful pet Bonnie Celidh. Jim was predeceased by two sisters; Majorie Taylor who passed away in 1997 and Stella MacIntosh who passed away in 1983. Jim was an employee of Shur-Gain for 37 years, the Shur-Gain Quarter Club and a member of St. Pauls United Church. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where visitation will be held on Monday 2-4, 7-9 pm.
