EDITH LUCY DOULL

DOULL, EDITH LUCY - The death of Edith Lucy Doull, wife of the late Murray W. Doull occurred on September 5, 2004 at the Dr. V. A. Snow Center, in Hampton, after a long struggle with Alzheimer's disease. Born in Montreal, on June 8, 1912 to the late George and Augusta "Lucy" (Wright) Kemp. Edith moved to Saint John in her teens and graduated from the Saint John Vocational School. She was a member of St. Mark's United Church. She was a life member of St. Mark's U.C.W. and Friendship Club, Glooscap Campers, Randolph Seniors and an honorary member of Saint John Y's Mens Club. She is survived by her two daughters Mary L. Orridge (Peter) and Norma A. Smith (H. Bruce) both of Saint John, granddaughters Lynn Tufek (Ian) of Windsor, Ont., and Debbie Barnhill (Todd) of Truro, N.S., great grandchildren Amy Barnhill and Jamie Tufek, sister in law Christina Kemp of Moncton, several nieces and cousins. In addition to her husband Murray, she was predeceased by her brother George (Jim). Resting at Castle "Fallsview" Funeral Home, 309 Lancaster Ave., (634-1701) with visiting Monday 7-9, Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, September 8, 2004 from Fallsview Chapel at 11 am. Interment in Cedar Hill Extension Cemetery. Followed by a reception in the Fallsview Family Reception Center. Donations in Edith's memory may be made to the Dr. V. A. Snow Center, Alzheimer's Society of the charity of donors choice would be appreciated by the family.
