MOONEY, JAMES WILLIAM - The death of James William Mooney of Fredericton, NB, formerly of Penobsquis, NB occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital on Monday, September 6th, 2004. Born in Amherst, NS he was the son of the late William and Exelda (Poirier) Mooney and husband of the late Olive ( Bunnell) Mooney. Survived by one daughter, Joan Debly of Fredericton, NB; three sons, Dale (Effie) of Nanimo, BC, Jay of Hampstead, NB and Reginald (Betty) of Sechelt, BC; ten grandchildren, Chester, Victoria Jason, Andrew, Daina, Tara, Laurel, Maja, Angela, Wayne and six great-grandchildren; one sister, Anne Hebert of Moncton, NB and sister- in- law, Ruby Bunnell Predeceased by his wife, Olive; one sister, Minnie Boudreau. Visitation will be held at United Baptist Church, Penobsquis, NB on Friday, September 10th, 2004 from 1:00 - 2:00 pm. The funeral service will be held on Friday at 2:00 pm at the church following the visitation Rev. Cecil Symes will officiate. Interment will be in the Pioneer Cemetery, Penobsquis, NB.
