McGRATH, CONSTANCE MARGARET - The death of Constance Margaret McGrath, wife of the late Francis Joseph McGrath, occurred on September 11, 2004, at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Saint John, she was the daughter of the late Bernard and Florence (McCarthy) McGovern. She is survived by her sons Bob of Saint John and Jerry of Calgary, AL; her brothers Tom McGovern and his wife Shirley, Joseph McGovern and his wife Val, Jim McGovern, all of Saint John; her granddaughters Andrea, Sarah and Rebecca McGrath; great-granddaughter Hailey Fox; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother Bernie McGovern and her sister Mary Finigan. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row (634-7424), with visiting on Monday from 7-9 PM and Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Following cremation the Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, September 15, 2004, at 12:00 NOON from Our Lady of the Assumption Church.
