NICHOL, BERNICE H. - Bernice (Bun) H. Nichol, 96, of Riverview, passed away at the Moncton Hospital, Thursday September 16, 2004, after a brief illness. Born in Shulie, NS, daughter of the late Sylvanus and Jessie (Edgett) Dysart. Bernice was a former employee of T. Eaton Co Ltd and retired from The Moncton Hospital Business Office. Member of Gunningsville Baptist Church, the Happy Gang Senior's Group and a Dominion Life Member of the W.M.S. Bernice will be sadly missed by her daughters, Beverly Colpitts, Riverview, Barbara Black (Dennis), Port Alberni, BC; son John (Ruth), Saint John; she will be especially missed by her grandchildren Vicki, Steven, Heather, Johnny, Janice, Robert, Andrew, to whom she was not only a special grandmother, but a friend who was fun to be with. Great Bernie Bernie or Grammy Bun is also survived by eight special great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews. Bernice was predeceased by her husband Harold A. in 1979; son-in-law Victor Colpitts; sisters, Lillie Balser, Phyllis Hall; brothers, Fred, Clifford, Sylvanus. She will always be remembered for her quiet steadfast faith in the Lord, her love for and example to her family and her ever present humor and wit.
