HICKEY, GEORGE BERNARD - Passed away on Sunday September 19th, 2004 at the Loch Lomond Villa. He was born in Rexton, NB., on May 10th, 1922. George was predeceased by his wife, Etta (Mitchell) in 1979. George is survived by his seven children, Lorraine (Garnet) Smith of Moncton, Brenda (Peter) Ernst of Quispamsis, Wanda (Richard) Letson of Rothesay, Mary (Joseph) Mazerolle of Quispamsis, Raymond George (Jr) and (Ann) of Saint John, Paul of Windsor, Ont., and a daughter- in-law, Susan, two brothers, Vincent of Shediac, and John (Bert) of Hampton, and a sister, Rita Dixon of Rexton, 18 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren, plus several nieces and nephews. George was also predeceased by a son Daryl, three brothers, Henry, Joe, and Raymond, three sisters, Loretta, Molly, and Gertie. George will be sadly missed by his long time friend, Gerald Quinlan and staff, and friends from D-wing of the Loch Lomond Villa. Mr. Hickey is resting at Fundy Funeral Home 230 Westmorland Rd. Saint John, NB. on Monday September 20th, from 7 to 9 PM and Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. With the funeral service to be held at the Fundy "Chapel" on Wednesday at 2 pm.
