Dora Isabel Hape SPRINGHILL - Dora Isabel Hape, aged 94 years of High Crest Springhill Nursing Home passed away on Friday, January 5, 2007 at High Crest. Born in Springhill, she was a daughter of the Late Michael and Lillian (Totten) Moore. She enjoyed life, socializing with friends and family, dancing and playing cards. She is survived by her son, Robert (Mabel) Moore of Nanaimo, B.C. and daughters, Arvilla (George Phillips) Tomlins of Oshawa, Ont. and Ioleen (Gerald) Kimmel of Edmonton, Alta. Sisters, Arvilla Cuvelier of Halifax and Martha Rushton of Truro. Several grand and great grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Frank Calvin Hape. Son, Donald and daughter Kathleen Phillips. Brothers, Mike, Jack and Lloyd. Sisters, Alice, Mary and Rita. Visitations will be held from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm on Monday, January 8, 2007 in A.H. Brown Funeral Home, Springhill from where the Funeral Service will be held 11:00 am on Tuesday, January 9, 2007 with Reverend Brieanna Hutchinson officiating. Burial in Hillside Cemetery, Springhill at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations made to the Canadian Cancer Society or Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia would be appreciated.
