NELSON, FREDA EILEEN - Of Wentworth Street, Saint John died peacefully on Thursday October 7, 2004 at her residence. She was born in Coles Island and was the daughter of the late Medley and Mary Elizabeth (Barton) Wood and wife of the late Joseph Nelson. Freda is survived by two daughters June Denton (Don) of Alberta and Linda Nelson Dunham (George) of Saint John and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Freda was Baptist by faith and was a resident of Saint John since 1945 and previously resided at Grand Lake. She will be fondly remembered by everyone who knew her and especially the many children in the neighborhood. Resting at A.W. Cavanagh Funeral Home 91 Leinster Street (634-1712) with visiting on Sunday and Monday from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm.
