KAYE, WALTER C.M. - The death of Walter Colpitts Matthew Kaye of Sussex occurred at his residence on October 11, 2004. Born in Sussex, Walter was a son of the late M.Colpitts and Georgie (Reid) Kaye. Walter is survived by his wife Jean (McQuinn) Kaye and their family; Barbara J. Dodds (Tony) of Saint John, Paul Kaye (Alexa) of Scotchtown, Ronald Kaye of Sussex, David Kaye (Sharon) of Parlee Brook, Harold Kaye (Donna) of Sussex, Douglas Kaye (Jennifer) of Smiths Creek, Bryant Brown (Beth) of Picadilly, fourteen grandchildren, four great grandchildren , sister Marjorie Pagett of Sussex, sisters-in-law Jean and Glenna Kaye and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Walter was predeceased by a sister Doris Hoyt and brothers Elvin, Wesley, Roy and William Kaye. The family will receive visitors at the Sussex Select Community Funeral Home, 21 Aiton Road Sussex (506-433-2133) on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held on Thursday October 14, 2004 at 2:00 PM at St. Paul's United Church, Sussex with Reverend Philip Dallimore officiating. Interment will be at Pioneer Cemetery, Penobsquis.
