Esther Jean Frail AMHERST - Esther Jean Frail, 83, Amherst and formerly of Tusket, N.S., died December 18, 2006 in Gables Lodge, Amherst. Born in Springhaven, she was a daughter of the late William and Georgina White. Esther enjoyed fishing, playing guitar and tending to her vegetable garden. She is survived by her sons, Greg (Loretta), River Hebert; Owen (Myra), Lybia; daughter, Rosamond (Stuart) Revell, Mississauga, Ont.; brother, Trafton, Tusket; sisters, Gwen Batke and Phyllis Gunn, both of Ont.; grandchildren, Nicholas Frail (Amanda Richard), Neil Frail, Owen Jr. "OJ" and Ricky Frail. She was predeceased by her husband, Carl; son, Ricky; sisters, Viva Richardson, Carrie White and Theora Mansfield. Cremation has taken place. Funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 22 in River Hebert United Baptist Church, with Rev. Leslie Jobb officiating.
